Privacy & Discoverability

Your data. Your call. Field by field.

Being verified shouldn’t mean being exposed. On Realr, every field carries its own visibility — and sensitive ones mask instead of vanishing, so people know they’re real, just not shared.

Four tiers, per field

Not a single on/off. A dial for everything.

  • Public

Anyone who opens your profile sees it. Best for a business address or a marketplace city.

  • After a QR scan

Clear only to people you’ve shown your QR to. Everyone else sees nothing — or a blur.

  • Connections

Only people you’ve actually transacted with. Trust that earns access.

  • Private

Only you. Verified on the inside, never shown on the outside.

Masked, not missing

Hidden reads as empty. Masked reads as private.

If you just remove your name, a careful person looks unfinished. So Realr masks it instead — a visitor sees there is a real, verified name, just not the whole thing. Private, not blank.

Same for location, socials, and more — present and verified, revealed on your terms.

Discoverability

Verifiable by link. Invisible to Google.

One switch decides whether you can be foundwithout your link — in search engines and on Realr’s own pages. Turn it off and you vanish from Google and discovery, while your link and QR keep working perfectly.

Exactly what an ENM couple or a private seller needs: verifiable to the people they share with, unfindable to everyone else.

Verified on the inside. Yours on the outside.
