What gets "delivered"
- Verified Identity (₹99, one-time) — your verification is reviewed within 1–2 working days. Once approved, the badge appears on your profile immediately and an email confirmation is sent.
- Trust Lite / Trust Pro subscriptions — paid features unlock instantly on the account that made the payment. No manual provisioning, no waiting period.
- QR codes, share assets, embed snippets — generated on demand inside the product; no separate delivery.
Delivery timelines
- Subscriptions — instant (within seconds of payment confirmation).
- Identity verification badge — typically under 24 hours; up to 2 working days during peak volume.
- Email confirmations — within 5 minutes. Check spam if delayed.
What we don't do
- We don't ship physical packages.
- We don't print or post physical QR stickers, business cards, or signage. (You can download print-ready artwork from inside the product and print it yourself or via any printer.)
- We don't ship internationally — because we don't ship anything.
If delivery fails
If you've paid and the feature hasn't activated within the timeline above:
- Check the account you're signed in on matches the email on the receipt.
- Hard-refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) — caches sometimes show pre-payment state.
- If still missing, email support@realr.me with the receipt and we'll resolve within one working day. We can also issue a refund per the Refund Policy if you prefer.
Where to find your active features
Your plan and all unlocked features are visible at /me/settings. The receipt is also emailed to the address on the account at the time of payment.
