Help with your Realr.

Realr lets you verify who you are, keep your checks in a private wallet, and share the ones you choose in a profile. You can also ask someone else to prove who they are.

No. Realr works in a browser. You can add it to your home screen on most phones. You don’t need an account to open someone’s profile.

Signing up, getting verified and opening someone’s profile are free. Realr+ adds more ways to share. See Pricing for the plans in your currency.

Your ID is checked once. People who open your profile never see the document. You choose which checks to share.

A reviewer has to approve the check before it shows as verified. You can see where it stands in your account. If we need something again, the reason is shown there. Contact support if it is unclear.

Open the check and read the reason. Fix what it says, such as a photo that can’t be read, and send it again. Contact support if the reason is unclear.

Yes. Each of you passes your own checks, then you confirm each other. Couple verification does not prove marriage or any other legal relationship status. Each of you keeps control of your private details.

In a bio, a message, an email signature, a listing or on a business card. Preview the profile first so you know what a visitor will see.

Yes. Turn off a share link and it stops opening. That can’t erase screenshots or details someone already saved.

Your wallet is private. A profile shows only the details you choose. Preview it before you share it, and keep private anything the other person does not need.

No. Purchases between people happen outside Realr. Realr does not provide escrow or guarantee delivery, payment recovery or a refund.

No. A check confirms one detail about who someone is. It does not tell you their intentions, criminal history or how good they are at their work. Look at other evidence and make your own decision about meeting or buying.

Use Report concern on the profile, or contact support with the relevant profile link and details. If you suspect payment fraud, also contact your bank or payment provider promptly.

You can download your data in Account settings. Deleting your account is under Security. Read what it removes before you confirm. The privacy policy explains what is kept and for how long.

Sign in the way you usually do. If you can’t, contact support. Never put a password or a sign-in code in a support message.

Start a reviewed recovery. A person checks an identity document against the one already verified on the account, everyone still listed on it is told, and nothing moves for seven days. The wait is there so the real owner can say no. If either address still works, sign in the usual way instead; it is faster and safer.
