Why is Verified Identity a one-time fee and not a subscription?

Because your identity is yours. If we charged monthly for ‘being real’, the moment you stopped paying you’d feel like you stopped being real. That’s the wrong product psychology.

Do buyers pay anything?

Never. Scanning a QR, opening a profile, confirming delivery, leaving a review — all free for the person on the buyer side. Realr only charges sellers, creators, and brands.

What counts as a ‘transaction’ on Trust Lite / Pro?

Any structured order you run through Realr — a physical sale with shipping proof, or a digital service with milestones. Casual DMs and view-only profile interactions don’t count.

Can I downgrade if I’m not transacting enough?

Yes. Drop from Trust Pro to Lite, or Lite to just Verified, anytime. Your verified status, profile, reviews and QR all stay — only the transaction workflows pause.

What about teams / agencies / enterprises?

Trust Pro covers small teams. Larger agencies and platform integrations get a custom plan later — we’ll announce it when it’s ready.

Is there a free trial of Trust Lite or Pro?

Verified Identity already gives you a real public profile, QR, and badges to test buyer reactions. When you’re ready for real transactions, you’ll know — and you can downgrade anytime.
