How to prove your photos are really you.

If people assume your photos are borrowed, you can give them something to check instead of something to believe.

Why saying so is not enough

Everyone says their photos are real, including the people using someone else’s. A claim you cannot check is worth the same from an honest person as from a dishonest one.

Verify the photos once

Verify your identity on Realr first: the Real person check and the Government ID check, which also confirms you are over 18. Then add the photos you use. A reviewer checks each one is really you. That takes the question away from you and puts it with a third party.

Post the verified copy

Download the verified copy of a photo and use that as your picture. It carries a code and a QR, so anyone curious can check it without asking you for anything.

If someone asks, send your Realr link. They see which checks you have completed and the photos you chose to show. You decide what is on it.

Keep some things private

You do not have to show every photo to everyone. A photo can be verified and still be visible only to people you choose.
